What are your hours of operation?

Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM

We are closed on weekends and holidays.

Will a member of Snowkie contact me if the photo I provided does not work for the project?

Yes, a member of our staff will connect with you via email regarding any potential issues with your project. Please ensure the email you provided is accurate and whitelist snowkie.com so that the email does not go into the junk folder.

Does The Snowkie Pet Care Guide© contain images?

No, it does not contain images. We did this on "pawpose" so that you can customize it with your dog's (and yours) photos. How fun is that?

When will my order ship?

Processing and shipping takes between 7-9 business days.

  • All our products are made to order, which means we will start your order after we receive an order confirmation. For this reason, all our products ship within 7-9 business days after the complete processing of the payment is received.

  • Although our biggest goal is for you to receive your package safely and as soon as possible, the reality is that once the package leaves our facilities and is marked "shipped" with a tracking number, Snowkie.com no longer has control or is responsible for the package. This includes lost or stolen packages, so you must contact the shipping carrier directly to claim the package.
  • Orders are shipped between 2-3 business days after production is complete.

Please be aware that we are closed on weekends and holidays; however, we make our best effort to ship our products as quickly as possible. The weeks surrounding major holidays are hectic for us; therefore, production may take longer.
