Refund policy

Non-returnable items

Please note that custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, cannot be returned.  We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Returnable Items

Returns must be started within 7 days of receiving your item. We monitor all deliveries closely with our tracking system.  Please ensure you inspect your item immediately to avoid missing the return date.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: without bent or written pages, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returns received that are not in the same condition we sent to the customer will not be eligible for a refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that all return costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

To start a return, please contact us at support@snowkie.com to confirm the return address. We will provide instructions so that you can supply us with a tracking number so that we can track the item. Please do not send any item without confirmation.

All returns packages must be received within 21 days of the date your order shipped from us.

Every return is inspected upon being received. We will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
